These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aslan Terminal, the order-flow analytics terminal operated by Aslan Wealth. By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any part of Aslan Terminal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set out on this page.
By accessing or using Aslan Terminal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, company, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these terms and to bind that organization, company, or entity to them.
Aslan Terminal provides tools for analyzing futures markets in both real time and historically, including but not limited to Volume Profile, CVD, Footprint, Open Interest, AI-assisted market analysis, and all other related features, tools, data, content, and services. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. No data, analysis, tool, signal, market read, content, or feature shown through Aslan Terminal constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to trade any asset.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials — such as your username, password, and other authentication details — and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single user only; sharing your account, credentials, or access rights with any other person is prohibited. If we detect shared account use or conduct that may breach these terms, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the account as appropriate. To protect system security and prevent account sharing, we may use device data, session data, and other relevant technical signals to monitor usage patterns.
Paid Aslan Terminal plans are billed in advance through our payment provider according to the billing cycle you select, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the next billing date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a refund is expressly stated by Aslan Terminal. You may cancel at any time; after cancellation you retain access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for the following cycle. Where you request a refund, dispute a charge, or initiate a chargeback for a plan you subscribed to after acknowledging and accepting the payment terms, we reserve the right to respond to and contest that claim with the payment provider, which may include using your subscription records, your acceptance of these terms, and related transaction data as supporting evidence.
Participation in the Aslan Terminal affiliate program is subject to the additional terms, rules, and conditions applicable to that program, which may include commission rates, the basis on which rewards are calculated, payout cycles, minimum payout thresholds, and participant identity-verification steps. We reserve the right to review, suspend, cancel, or claw back commissions arising from conduct deemed dishonest — such as fraud, generating invalid subscriptions, self-referral or self-signup through an affiliate link, providing false information, or any act that breaches the affiliate program terms.
You agree to use Aslan Terminal lawfully, appropriately, and in compliance with applicable law, and not to take any action that could harm the service, the systems, the provider, or other users. You agree not to, among other things, reverse-engineer the service, scrape or bulk-extract data without authorization, copy, distribute, resell, or republish data from Aslan Terminal, circumvent or attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purpose or in violation of these terms. If we find use that breaches these terms or conduct that may affect the security, stability, or reliability of the service, we reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate your access as appropriate.
Aslan Terminal — including its software, systems, platform, brand, trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, content, features, and other related elements — is the intellectual property of Aslan Wealth or its respective licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service solely for its intended purpose and under these terms. You acquire no right, title, or interest in Aslan Wealth's intellectual property other than the right to use the service as expressly set out in these terms. Market data, price data, and other information shown through Aslan Terminal may come from external sources, data providers, or third parties, and may be subject to the terms, conditions, and usage restrictions of those sources or providers.
Aslan Terminal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, that the service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any user's particular purpose. You acknowledge and accept that trading futures, derivatives, and other financial assets carries high risk and may result in losses. Any trading decision is your sole responsibility. Any data, tool, analysis, signal, market read, or content shown through Aslan Terminal is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aslan Wealth — together with its directors, employees, agents, providers, and related partners — shall not be liable for any damage, loss, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, Aslan Terminal.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these terms and conditions, as well as the features, content, pricing, or service model of Aslan Terminal, from time to time as appropriate. Where a material change is made, we will notify you through an appropriate channel — such as an in-service notice, the website, or the email address you provided to us. Your continued use of Aslan Terminal after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms, use the service inappropriately, affect the security or stability of the systems, or take any action that may harm Aslan Terminal, Aslan Wealth, the provider, or other users.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute relating to or arising from the use of Aslan Terminal, the parties agree that the Thai courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and resolve the dispute. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection or other applicable laws.
